Teresa brings with her nearly two decades of hands-on experience in community association management, having worked with a wide variety of HOAs, condominiums, and mixed-use communities. Her deep expertise includes everything from day-to-day operations to financial oversight, vendor coordination, and resident relations. Teresa has supported communities of all sizes, and her career path is marked by a steady dedication to excellence in community management, always with a focus on delivering outstanding service and maintaining thriving, well-run associations.

In addition to her professional experience, Teresa holds several credentials in the industry, including her CMCA, AMS, and CAM license. She is also a long-time member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), underscoring her ongoing commitment to growth and professional development.
