Eclipse has been recognized as an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) since 2023. The AAMC credential is a seminal corporate achievement, but it’s more than a singular accomplishment. It’s a mindset, an attitude and an ongoing commitment that inspires superior performance and company-wide professionalism. It symbolizes a corporate culture that is based on knowledge, expertise, customer service and integrity.
To apply for designation a company must have provided association management services for at least three years, the senior manager must hold the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, and at least 50 percent of the company’s managers must be credentialed as a CMCA, AMS, or PCAM.
The AAMC requires ongoing commitment as all staff members must have at least 12 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain the credential.
Roughly 250 firms nationwide hold it. Eclipse maintains the accreditation through CAI and every Eclipse manager is bound by CAI’s Professional Manager Code of Ethics. The Director of Finance also holds the Enrolled Agent credential from the IRS.
How we stay current. We follow CAI national and Ohio legislative updates and the client alerts of Ohio community association law firms. We alert boards when a change affects their operations and recommend when counsel should be consulted.
