Welcoming New Communities to Eclipse Community Management – November 2026

November is here, and Eclipse Community Management is pleased to welcome four new associations to our portfolio this month. Together, they add roughly 375 homes to the communities we serve.

All four are in Greater Cincinnati, spread across Hamilton and Warren counties: a condominium in downtown Cincinnati, a condominium in the northern Cincinnati suburbs, a homeowners association in Deerfield Township and a homeowners association in the Village of Newtown on the east side.

A mix of condominiums and homeowners associations

This month’s group is a good cross-section of community living in Southwest Ohio. On the condominium side, one is a 16-unit building in the heart of downtown, and the other is a 41-unit community with roots going back to the late 1970s. On the homeowners association side, one is a 101-home neighborhood in Deerfield Township, and the other is a 217-home community that includes both single-family homes and townhomes.

All four are established, owner-led associations moving to Eclipse from previous management companies. Each one brings its own history, governing documents and board priorities, and our first job is to learn them well.

What the first few months look like

A management transition goes smoothly when the groundwork is done early. In the first weeks, our team works with each board to collect records and financials from the prior manager, set up owner accounts and payment options, review the governing documents and insurance coverage, and introduce the association’s manager to the board and homeowners.

For associations that join us late in the year, that work often overlaps with planning for the year ahead. We focus early on getting the financial picture right, so boards can make budget and reserve decisions with clear, accurate numbers.

Growing to serve our communities

As more associations choose Eclipse, we continue to build the team behind them. Stay tuned: tomorrow we will introduce two experienced professionals joining Eclipse this month, a new Regional Manager and a new Association Manager, adding more experienced community association professionals to our team. Our managers live and work close to the communities they serve, which means a real presence at meetings, on site and in the neighborhood. You can meet the rest of our team on our Meet the Team page.

To our newest communities: welcome! We are excited to get to work and to build strong partnerships with your boards and homeowners from day one.

If your association is looking for a responsive, organized and transparent management partner in Ohio or Northern Kentucky, contact us and we will be glad to help.
