May is bringing fresh momentum at Eclipse Community Management, and we’re excited to welcome several new communities to our growing portfolio.

This month, we’re proud to begin serving a mix of associations across Southwest Ohio—including a 95-home HOA receiving financial-only support, a single-family community of roughly 124 homes, and two newly developing neighborhoods in the region. We’re also adding a 57-unit condominium community, expanding our experience across both HOA and condo governance models.

With these additions, Eclipse now supports 180 associations under management across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. We’re grateful for the trust our boards, homeowners, and partners place in our team, and we remain committed to the fundamentals that make community management work: responsive communication, clear financial reporting, consistent follow-through, and a management experience that helps boards lead confidently.
