Eclipse Community Management is excited to welcome three new Association Managers and another Operations Support Specialist to our team: Christine, Brandy, Rolanda, and Andrea. As we continue to grow across Southwest Ohio, adding experienced professionals is one of the most important ways we keep delivering the responsive, consistent management our communities expect.
Christine Houillion — Association Manager, Butler / Warren Region
Christine brings over 12 years of experience to her communities and serves associations in the Butler / Warren County region. Her depth of experience means boards and homeowners can count on steady, knowledgeable support at every step.
Brandy Trulock — Operations Support Specialist
Brandy serves as a primary point of contact for homeowners who reach out to our team with questions or needs. She helps make sure every inquiry is heard, tracked, and routed to the right person so nothing falls through the cracks.
Rolanda Harvey — Association Manager, Dayton Region
Rolanda brings over 10 years of experience to her communities and serves associations in the Dayton region. She pairs that experience with a genuine commitment to responsive, service-first community management.
Andrea Knapp — Association Manager, Cincinnati Region
Andrea brings more than five years of property management experience — spanning homeowner and condominium associations, board relations, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operations — to the communities she serves in the Cincinnati region. She has managed sizable association portfolios and knows what it takes to keep projects, compliance, and communication moving.
