Eclipse Community Management is pleased to provide the documentation required for proper disclosure through the real estate transaction process. Rather than using a third-party vendor, all requests are handled in-house by our staff who are available to answer questions throughout the closing process. Obtaining the necessary documentation is as simple as completing the request form below.
Current homeowners will find disclosure documents such as the association’s bylaws, declaration of covenants, current budget, etc. available for download via the Eclipse Owner Portal.
Please ensure that the subject property is managed by Eclipse prior to submitting your order and payment. If you have any question please contact us and we’ll be glad to verify that the property is managed by our team. Orders placed for properties not managed by Eclipse will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
Title Company Closing Status Certificates – Status letter certificates are valid through the last day of the month issued. The cost is $300.00 for five business day turnaround, $100.00 for optional rush processing with two business day turnaround. Additional documentation such as governing documents, budgets, meeting minutes, etc. are included in the cost.
