Welcome Robin Dubler and Renee Bell to the Eclipse Team

Today we are excited to welcome two experienced professionals to the Eclipse team: Robin Dubler joins us as a Regional Manager, and Renee Bell joins us as an Association Manager. Both bring years of hands-on community association experience to the boards and homeowners we serve across Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Their arrival is part of the steady growth we have seen this year. As more associations choose Eclipse, we are adding seasoned leadership and experienced managers who help keep service consistent from one community to the next.

Meet Robin Dubler

Robin brings more than 25 years of property and community association management experience to Eclipse, along with some of the highest credentials in our profession. She holds the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations. The PCAM, or Professional Community Association Manager, is the highest professional designation the Community Associations Institute (CAI) awards to managers.

Robin is also a recognized leader in our local industry. She currently serves as President of the CAI Ohio Valley Chapter, which supports community association boards, managers and business partners across Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Most recently, Robin served as Director of Community Association Management for a Dayton-area management company, where she led a division of association management staff. Before that, she managed condominium and homeowner associations for firms in West Chester and Mason, and her career has also included high-rise, new development, apartment and commercial property management in Ohio, California, Nevada and Florida. That breadth gives her a deep understanding of how associations of every size and type operate, and what boards need from their management partner.

Meet Renee Bell

Renee brings more than 15 years of association management and operations leadership to Eclipse, with a strong focus on community and team development.

Most recently, Renee led a community management branch in Mason, overseeing more than 40 homeowner and condominium associations and coaching a team of five Community Managers. Before stepping into that role, she managed her own portfolio of 14 associations totaling roughly 1,200 homes and units, building annual budgets, presenting monthly financials to boards and working closely with legal counsel on governance and collection matters. That experience on both sides of the desk gives her a clear understanding of what managers need and what boards expect.

Renee is based in northern Cincinnati, where she will work directly with the boards and homeowners of the communities she manages.

What this means for our communities

As a Regional Manager, Robin will support our Association Managers with day-to-day guidance, help with complex board and homeowner issues, and review financials and budgets so every community receives the same high standard of service. As an Association Manager, Renee will be the direct partner for her boards, bringing the budgeting, governance and leadership experience she has built over her career. Together, they add depth to our team and more experience behind every community we serve.

Please join us in welcoming Robin and Renee to the Eclipse family. You can meet the rest of our team on our Meet the Team page.
