Welcoming New Communities to Eclipse Community Management – July 2026

July is off to a strong start at Eclipse Community Management, and we’re delighted to welcome nine new associations to our growing portfolio this month!

This month’s additions stretch across the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton regions—from communities in Cincinnati and Blue Ash, to Loveland, Morrow, and Union in the south, up through Springfield, Fairborn, and Middletown to the north. It’s a footprint that reflects the range of markets we’re proud to serve across Southwest Ohio.

The mix is a great snapshot of what we do best. Several are newly developed neighborhoods transitioning straight from their builders into homeowner-led governance for the first time, while others are established associations moving to Eclipse from prior management partners. They span single-family homeowner associations and townhome communities, with amenities ranging from private roads and dog parks to retention ponds and entrance features—each carrying its own governance rhythm, from annual and semi-annual to monthly assessment cycles.

With these additions, Eclipse continues to expand its footprint across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Whether a board is making its very first decisions or simply looking for a more organized partner, we remain committed to the fundamentals that make community management work: responsive communication, clear financial reporting, consistent follow-through, and a management experience that helps boards lead confidently.

To our newest communities—welcome! We’re excited to get to work and to build strong, productive partnerships from day one. If your association is exploring a more organized, transparent, and proactive management partner, we’d love to connect.
