Meet Silvia Potts, Association Manager
Silvia joins Eclipse as an Association Manager and brings 10+ years of experience serving community associations. With a strong background in day-to-day association operations, Silvia supports boards and homeowners through organized communication, dependable follow-through, and a steady focus on protecting property values and keeping communities running smoothly.
Meet Kathy Kleine, Association Manager
Kathy also joins Eclipse as an Association Manager, bringing 15+ years of experience serving community associations. Her depth of experience helps communities stay proactive—whether that means guiding boards through annual planning, supporting vendor coordination, or helping ensure priorities are executed consistently and professionally.
