Marcus brings hands-on property management leadership across large, mixed-unit portfolios with a focus on optimal resident experience. He’s led teams, tightened budgets and collections, and overseen capital work to keep properties in great shape for the residents.
Marcus’s blend of operational rigor and people-centered service fits Eclipse perfectly. He thrives at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day follow-through – supporting boards with clear communication, improving homeowner satisfaction, and strengthening financial performance. As Eclipse continues to grow across Ohio, Marcus will help us deliver responsive service, transparent communication, and the practical, results-first management our clients expect.
