Living in a community association is an increasingly popular choice for many people in southwest Ohio. Community associations can help residents feel more ownership, connection, and pride in their neighborhoods.
Homeowners enjoy common spaces, amenities, and standards that keep the community looking its best. The association also serves as a means to connect neighbors with each other through recreation and social events.
Engaged, involved homeowners lead to community associations that achieve their full potential. We provide resources that allow homeowners to connect with their association and each other. At Eclipse, we are here to support homeowners every step of the way!
Each month, we publish financial reports that are accessible to all owners via the Eclipse Owner Portal. These reports include the balance sheet that shows the cash assets held by the association. It also includes the budget comparison report, which shows all expenses by category along with the annual budget amount by category.
The owner portal also includes copies of all governing documents and any rules, regulations, or resolutions adopted by the association.
Here is a collection of questions that we commonly receive from homeowners. Have a question that isn’t addressed here? Feel free to contact us and someone from our team will be happy to assist you!
If you live within a community that we service you can submit a message on our Contact Us page and we will respond promptly!
You can report a maintenance problem 24/7/365 by visiting the Eclipse Owner Portal. Another option is to use the Contact Us page to submit your concern via the website in just a few clicks. We are also available to assist you by phone at (513) 494-4049. When reporting an issue it is always helpful to be as specific as possible on the location and the problem you are observing so we can get it addressed in a timely manner!
You can request approval of an improvement to your property 24/7/365 by visiting the Eclipse Owner Portal and clicking on the “Shared Documents” tab. Here you will find the improvement application as well as your association’s governing documents.
We encourage you to check the governing documents so you can be aware of any specific provisions that may impact your proposed project. From there complete the application, including any supporting documentation, and then submit the request one of two ways:
No matter how you apply, you may still visit the portal to view any actions taken to date. We understand that this process can be confusing and we stand ready to assist in any way that we can. Feel free to contact us and we will guide you personally through each step of the process!
