Our team works to provide exceptional service and responsiveness to our partner communities. Each association is supported by an Association Manager as well as a team of staff members united around a common goal but with unique areas of focus. Our team-based approach means that our managers are more engaged with their communities, yet many issues can be resolved by any member of our team through our shared information and technology.
Managing Partner
Chris brings over 15 years of experience to his role and holds credentials as a CMCA, AMS, and PCAM. Chris supports all team members while overseeing the strategic direction of the company.

Tanda supports all team members through administration of human resource and employee engagement programs.
Director of Operations
Windy brings over 15 years of experience to her role and holds credentials as both a CMCA and AMS. Windy oversees operations of the company, supporting and leading the management team.
Director of Finance
Stephanie holds credentials as a CMCA, AMS, and Enrolled Agent (EA). Stephanie oversees all accounting processes and financial reporting for our community associations.

Heather brings over 22 years of experience and holds credentials as both a CMCA and AMS. Heather oversees the community associations within the Cincinnati region.
