Our team works to provide exceptional service and responsiveness to our partner communities. Each association is supported by an Association Manager as well as a team of staff members united around a common goal but with unique areas of focus. Our team-based approach means that our managers are more engaged with their communities, yet many issues can be resolved by any member of our team through our shared information and technology.

Chris holds credentials as a CMCA, AMS, and PCAM and supports all team members while overseeing the strategic direction of the company.

Windy holds credentials as a CMCA and AMS and oversees operations of the company, supporting and leading all Association Managers.

Stephanie holds credentials as a CMCA and AMS and oversees the accounting processes and financial reporting for our community associations.

Heather holds credentials as a CMCA and AMS and serves communities in the Cincinnati area, as well as serving as the first line of support for managers in her regional area.
