Eclipse offers several convenient ways to pay your homeowner or condominium association assessments, sometimes referred to as “dues” or “fees”. Below is a breakdown of all payment options so that you can choose the most convenient option for you.

To pay by personal check or money order
  • Each month you will receive a mailed statement with a remittance coupon and return envelope.
  • Make your check out to your association.
  • Reference your personal account number in the memo section of your check.
  • Mail the check to Eclipse Community Management, PO Box 98083, Phoenix, AZ 85038.
  • Set up a new payee using the name of your association.
  • Set the mailing address to Eclipse Community Management, PO Box 98083, Phoenix, AZ 85038.
  • Reference your personal account number in the memo or account number section of your payment.

Note: The convenience fee is not a fee imposed by your community association or Eclipse Community Management, it is charged directly by the payment processor.

  • Visit http://eclipsecommunities.com/newuser to request an account for the Eclipse Owner Portal.
  • Once your account is established, visit http://eclipsecommunities.com/owner to log in
  • Click on “Make a Payment”.
  • Confirm you have the proper account selected at the top of the page.
  • Choose either a “One Time Payment” or “Recurring Payment”
  • Choose your preferred method of payment:
    • Checking account – $2.49 convenience fee
    • Debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – 2.99% convenience fee

  • Visit http://eclipsecommunities.com/newuser to request an account for the Eclipse Owner Portal.
  • Download the “Vantaca Home” app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Log in to the Vantaca Home app using your credentials for the Eclipse Owner Portal
  • Click on “Make a Payment”.
  • Confirm you have the proper account selected at the top of the page.
  • Choose either a “One Time Payment” or “Recurring Payment”
  • Choose your preferred method of payment:
    • Checking account – $2.49 convenience fee
    • Debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – 2.99% convenience fee
