Operations Support Specialist

🏠 Fully Remote | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm | 📋 Non-Exempt

📝 Job Summary

The Operations Support Specialist will handle phone calls and homeowner inquiries while working to support the Director of Operations, Regional Managers, Association Managers, and Operations Manager. This role involves providing direct support to homeowners and other parties that contact Eclipse Community Management for service.

✅ Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional homeowner support through telephone and email correspondence
  • Assist homeowners with portal activations and payment options
  • Assist homeowners with general questions about their community association
  • Provide initial triage of architectural applications
  • Provide initial triage of maintenance concerns and generate work orders as necessary
  • Open, scan, and forward correspondence to the appropriate team members
  • Complete homeowner updates as necessary
  • Other duties as required by company or client needs
  • Most importantly — provide responsive, top-notch service in a customer-centric environment!

🎯 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, commitment to following up on issues in a timely manner, exceptional time management, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience and proficiency in handling complex customer service issues
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools to support drafting, summarization, and administrative tasks; human judgment and review are expected throughout
  • Two years of previous customer service experience
