Our proposal process is designed to be straightforward and informative from the very first conversation through your initial board meeting with our team. It begins with the information you provide below, which allows us to prepare a tailored management proposal aligned with your community’s needs and priorities. After your submission is reviewed, we will schedule time to walk through our approach, demonstrate our systems and resources, and answer any questions so your board can make a confident, well-informed decision.

What happens next

1. We review your submission and pull your recorded governing documents from the county recorder and the Ohio Secretary of State.
2. We schedule a time to speak with the board to introduce our company and learn more about your needs.
3. You receive a written proposal that outlines our services, commitments, and costs to the Association.
4. If the board chooses Eclipse, the tracked transition described on our Transition and Onboarding page begins.

What to have ready. The number of homes or units, a description of your amenities, how often the board meets and wants site visits, any capital projects planned in the next two years, and any pending legal matters. The form asks for exactly these.
