This month we are excited to welcome two new team members to the Eclipse family!
Karin Pike (left) comes to Eclipse with 18 years of experience holding a variety of roles in the industry, most recently supporting complex communities in the greater Cincinnati area. Karin brings a background in team leadership, project management, and development of operational procedures to her new position with us.
Sara Fields (right) comes to Eclipse with 14 years of experience in the industry. Her background includes providing support to communities as a manager as well as through various supporting roles. She has also served as a software systems analyst helping to refine technology-based processes in our field.
We look forward to welcoming both Karin and Sara to the team!
In addition, we are welcoming five new communities to the Eclipse family this December:
– A 88 single-family homeowner association in Miamisburg
– A 190 single-family homeowner association in Tipp City
– A 74 unit condominium association in Beavercreek
– A 28 unit condominium association in Fairfield
– A 80 unit condominium association in North Bend
